The lily pads are painted in varying shades of green, interspersed with patches of blue and hints of purple that suggest reflections are depth in the water. The background is filled with dense greenery and cascading reeds that lean over the pond, contributing to the tranquil and natural atmosphere of the composition. This piece won 1st place in Palm Beach Watercolor Society's show at the Coral Springs Art Museum - 2025.
