Abigail was born in Trinidad and Tobago and has loved art from a very early age. While being educated at St. Joseph’s Convent, she became aware that art was indeed her passion. Abigail worked as a flight attendant for 5 years with BWIA British West Indian Airways. She is a graduate of the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale in Florida with an Outstanding Academic Achievement Award in Visual Communications and was on the National Deans list and Honor Roll 1994-1996. Abigail works in various media: acrylic, oil, pastel, pencil, charcoal and watercolors. She loves adding vivid color and enjoys being able to experiment with texture and tones that invoke emotion for the audience. Her love of nature is evident in her art work and her passion is captured in vibrant color that has become her signature. Over the years Abigail has participated in exhibitions in Trinidad and Tobago with the Women in Art, the Art Society of Trinidad and Tobago and the Art Gallery Tobago. Her first solo exhibition took place in September 2015 with 160 pieces of art on show. She has donated many art pieces to various charities in Trinidad and Tobago. Her love for nature and its surrounding environment is evident and is reflected in her paintings. Abigail’s ultimate dream is to exhibit in the Louvre and Art Museums and Galleries around the world.
